Commenting on a Google Document

  1. How to create a comment
    1. Highlight the text you wish to comment on
    2. Go to Insert on the Menu bar and select "Comment"
    3. Or Right Mouse button click
  2. Replying to a comment
    1. Below a comment you will see a place to reply:

    2. Type in your reply button then press the Reply button

  3. Resolving a comment
    1. Once the discussion is over regarding the comment or if you want to remove the comment you can Resolve it. You will see the Resolve option at the top of the comments:

  4. Tag someone in a comment - Tagging someone will prompt an email notification
    1. To tag someone type the + followed by their email address then type your message:
